WSGA 2013 Board Election, Call for Nominations Options

The nomination period for the 2013 WSGA Board of Directors is now open. Nominations for all Board positions are open until Friday, Feb. 15. You may nominate a WSGA member for any of the 11 positions:

Officers (Executive Committee): President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer

Chapter Representatives: Puget Sound, 48 North, Cache-cadia, Inland Empire, South Central, Southwest, Olympic Peninsula

To nominate yourself or someone else, email jcar, our current Vice President and election chair. Nominees must be current members of WSGA.

The slate will be announced Feb. 20, and the election will be March 1-15, with the new Board taking office April 1. If no Board position is opposed, then the slate will be approved by acclamation.

WSGA is a nonprofit club run by volunteers, and we welcome new blood, so if you'd like to get more involved in supporting geocaching in WA State, please consider running for office, or nominate someone you feel would do a good job representing WSGA.
