The WSGA COTM winners bookmark has been updated with the prior month winners.

Did anyone use the COTM nominations bookmark list that weightman owned and maintained? If you did please speak up, I would like to gauge how often it was used, if at all. RightWingWacko informs me that we may have to handle voting in this area via a poll until he can rewrite the code for the voting. Either jcar of myself will open a thread with the poll at the appropriate time.

I will also open a thread for October nominations since that process was in the old code.
